Today's Featured Biography
Patrick Bluth
After we graduated I went to college until I went into the service as a hospital corpsman with the Marines in Vietnam. Had several jobs over the years - veterinary assistant, landscaping apartment and condo projects, florist, and finally a mailman. Learned to skydive, water and snow ski, repel off cliffs, climb half dome. Hiked in the Italian Alps and in France. Sang for the Pope in Rome, sang in Paris.
Here at home, taught Confirmation and had a choir. I was involved at Nativity Church in Eucharistic and Bereavement Ministries, lector, choir member, altar server director, worked with the homeless, and as preserver of the church and school archives. Never married, but have many sons and daughters through the years. They lovingly nicknamed me their Godfather.
