Today's Featured Biography
Mary Silverman Goss
We moved to the Palm Springs area three years ago where my husband, Trevor Goss, opened an art studio. His former studio and gallery in Marina del Rey at the Entertainment Design Complex was sold, torn down and turned into a gated community of giant houses.
In need of studio space near a home with good public schools (and my not wanting to leave the west coast), I told him I would consider anything between Seattle and San Diego and he chose Palm Springs. So here we are!
It is indeed a lovely community and we have made a number of new friends. I'll always be an urban-girl at heart and since we're not so far away, we still spend much time in our former stopping grounds of Venice Beach where we have many friends and family.
I've continued working as a Television Producer and have been producing a daily magazine-syle show for our local CBS affiliate that focuses on all the interesting things about our community. Our beautiful son, Nathan Silverman Goss, just graduated from pre-school and is on his way to Kindergarten starting on August 31st. Nathan really showed his maturity recently and rose to the occasion when his nephew, Diego Nunez Goss, was born five months ago. Diego is Trevor's first grandchild and since they live in Venice, we get to give him lots of hugs and kisses on a regular basis!
