Anita Kirk Sheard
July 2019 update:
Living in Carson City NV, same house and address since 2006. My Korean War veteran husband will have his 90th birthday in early August, and if we make it to October will celebrate 45 years of marriage.
One daughter and two middle school aged grandchildren, twins Chloe and Peter, also live in Carson City. Other family members live in Idaho, Kansas City MO, Little Rock AR, Corona CA, and Phoenix AZ.
I remain active in Methodist Church and Methodist Women's activities, state and local Daughters of the American Revolution groups, and am Recording Secretary of the Board of Directors for our Homeowners Association.
We don't travel much these days, and I'm still happy with living in an area with no tornadoes, or severe weather.
I check this website periodically to see who's got new information. Will be be having a 60th anniversary of our graduation in 2020?

After graduation, and Arkansas State,this NE Arkansas girl who hadn't ever been east of Memphis, south of Hot Springs, or west of Oklahoma City, has enjoyed living in different parts of the US and traveling across the country. During my first marriage, we lived in Oklahoma and Indiana, moving back to Arkansas in 1969.
After marrying again in 1974, we have lived in the Western United States in:
1974--1985 Boise, and SE Idaho
1985--2000 Lake Havasu City, AZ (the American home of the London Bridge)
since 2000 Carson City, NV
Being near Lake Tahoe and the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains, with Reno just 30 minutes away for shopping and air travel, and our youngest grandchildren close by is our best of all possible worlds. Our daughters are living in Carson City, and our sons are in Eureka Springs and Little Rock.
We enjoy traveling, being with our grandchildren, and in the past were avid property remodelers. We began the property ladder in the late 1970s before it was the 'IN THING'. Crossword puzzles, mystery novels, and genealogy research, are my favorite pastimes these days.
