In 1976 I moved to Seattle to attend the UW, not planning on staying here. But I'm still here today.
When first created this profile I'd just wrapped up my law practice, and was hoping to move to a more rural area. I decided to join my wife as a real estate agent, and that's disrupted any plans to more. Just like the way big cities have the highest hourly rates for lawyers, they also have the highest house prices. And leads are generated through people you know.
I did have an opportunity to list a house very near CKHS in early 2008. My brother was selling and we helped him get rid of his existing home. That was an interesting experience, but it didn't allow us to spend much time over there. Probably less than 10 hours total.
