Today's Featured Biography
Susan Ely Havlovick
After graduating high school, I went to Western Washington State College and received my BA in Elementary Education. During my marriage (1971-1991) I had three sons and lived in Nicosia, Cyprus; Adak, AK; Costa Mesa and Goleta, CA; and back to Washington State, the city of Renton. I was a stay-at-home mom. In 1996 I went to Paraguay, South America to teach at Asuncion Christian Academy, a small American Christian school. I taught Kindergarten and second grade, returned to Whatcom County to teach in Ferndale for a year and went back to Paraguay to teach at ACA for four more years. During that time I earned my Masters Degree in Elementary Education through the University of Alabama's International Program. In August 2004 I made my home in Mukilteo, WA to teach ESL at Serene Lake Elem. for the Mukilteo School District. I'm enjoying being closer to my three granddaughters, Bria (12), Desyre (7), and Jennifer (6) who live in Vancouver, WA with their parents (my son Matt and his wife Ami). My other two sons live in Texas and Maryland.

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
