Today's Featured Biography
Dustin Williams
After the great accomplishments of Dumas High School to ensure it's students have a rewarding and fullfilling life. The teacher's going out of their way to make sure no student was alienated, forgotten or unfairly persecuted or judged.
I Graduated and ran like hell from Dumas, Texas. I moved to California in 1989 for a couple of years. Started a construction company in Amarillo, Texas in 1991. Relocated to College Station in 1993,refocusing the company towards High-end custom homes. In 1997 I relocated to Denver, Colorado were I meet my wonderful wife Cameo. I have since ventured into many different arenas of businesses. Advertising, Apparel, Construction and Real Estate.
My life has been fruitful beyond comparison, since I left the clutches of hell (Dumas).
Dumas is the only place in the world, that people truely think, they are better than the everyone else. I have travelled through, Dumas, many times and it is still the same (a few changes) non-productive place. No growth, it is an industial/farming community. Comprissed of the majority being the lobor force, behind the industry. Not the leaders, the lobor force.
To all who graduated with me. I hope the best for you and your families. My dislike for Dumas, Texas is not directed towards you. I do wish everyone the best.
For the graduates who left, I hope the best for you in your lifes conquests and dreams.
For the ones that have stayed, everyone counts in life even the meek.
To the educators; Please learn that every student counts, no matter what your personal feelings are towards that student. It is your place to teach not judge. It is your place to be fair not assign favorites.
My main contributions in life have been dedicated to my families prosperity and success.
Advise to many: Judge yourself, before you judge any other. If you have not the ability to judge yourself, then what ability do you have to judge others.(Dustin S Williams)
