Cheryl Hill Sachan
My husband, Dileep, and I were married on Nov 2, 1968, and after spending time in Champaign-Urbana, Cleveland, Ohio, and Nashville, we lived in Knoxville for 34 years. We moved to Brentwood,TN in 2013 to be near our only grandchild, Archer born in 2012. I spent 5 years back in Decatur, from June 2008 to June 2013, caring for my parents the last couple of years of their life and with my special needs sister, Carol. I graduated from UT with a degree in Accounting in 1987, passed the CPA exam in 1990, and worked as an accountant and controller for local hospitals and the Thompson Cancer Survival Center for 16 years. I left my very stressful job in 2004 and enjoy traveling, quilting, and genealogy but mostly spending time with Archer. What a joy being a grandmother is!
