Today's Featured Biography
Jeff Rhyner
Hitch-hiked from Anchorage to Spokane after graduation. Entered Army 11/69, discharge 8/71. Served 13 months in Vietnam as a door gunner - grunt.
Pretty much been a disc jockey since school, having worked at radio stations in Anchorage, Fairbanks, Juneau, Sitka and Ketchikan. And a few stations in the Seattle Tacoma area, including, KVI, KIXI-FM (now KJR-FM), KZOK-FM, KTAC, etc., etc. Have had LOTS of jobs in between gigs - too numerous to mention here. Done the marriage thing, kids etc.
Wish it were still the fall of 1968, and I could go out onto the football field at Mulcahy Field and beat the crap out of West High with Mike Cornell, Rick Payne, Mike Portlock, Mark Whitehurst, Ken Cusack, and the rest of them!...
