Today's Featured Biography
Pamela Irons
I'm happily living in Minnesota, back into nice cool weather and snow after 15 years of overheated Hell in Texas. My girls and I moved to the Twin Cities Valentine's day of 08 and we are happy, comfy and looking forward to all Minnesota has to offer.
My oldest daughter is graduating high school this year and is looking forward to attending Pacific Northwest University. She is absolutely amazing! She gifted and talented in everything she touches. She's quirky, but cool with that quirkyness. I couldn't be more proud of her. UPDATE: Brenna got a President's Scholarship to Pacific Northwest University for Art! She celebrated the news by dying her hair blue.. which, suprisingly is gorgeous! I'm sure she'll be easy to spot coming off the plane when she visits before college!
My second daughter, Ronni, is finishing up Kindergarten and is a bundle of giggles and sweetness that is just beyond adorable.
My youngest, Becky, will be starting pre-k next year and she is the boldest, most daring little thing I've ever seen in my life! She fears NOTHING!
My girls are my pride and joy and brightest blessings of my life!
After high school, I worked briefly at the DA's office as an intern before I married in 87 and moved to Illinois. From there, I did several different things, nothing really to write about. We lived in Illinois, Mississippi and then ended up in Texas.
From there, I divorced... married, divorced... married again... and yep, divorced again. Unbelievable! So, we packed our things, wrote off Texas, cowboys, husbands and marriage and found happiness back in the good old NORTH Country!
I am ecstatically involved with my partner, Mike, and we are happy, loving life, family, home, laughter, togetherness and are living happily ever after, with no plans for marriage. We've at last found the other half of our quirky selves and I, for one, have at last found happiness with who I am and am thankful beyond reason, to what I always wished I was and never became. There's something to be said for us "late bloomers". Blessed be all of us who were the weirdo's, outcasts, nerds, dorks, or idiots... and those of us who march to our own drummer.
