Today's Featured Biography
Wil (Chick) Corcoran
I may be one of the only non-grads in our class. That's probably why everyone (who didn't know me) at the last reunion said 'who the heck is that?' You will not see my picture in any year book unless you look at the drill team for '64 and '65.
I was at CHS in 63, 64 & 65, freshman through junior. Then we were transferred out of the zone, I hated my new school (in Texas), quit, and joined the military. Since I was in the class of '66, and did not graduate from any other high school, I highjacked the class of CHS 66! So there!
After spending 2 tours in Nam, came home and used the GI bill to get edumacated some more. I worked odd jobs from carpenter to teacher, and eventually ended up in the real estate appraisal business, which i have been doing for some 29 years now. I own and run a small company with 18+/- employees up in NH.
I live in the beautiful hills of New Hampshire with my lovely bride of some 28 years. We have two grown kids (one still at home, college) and 3 grandchildren. I keep in touch with my best buds Tom Estrada and Mike Stout (Mike was class of '66 too, left in '65) and my life-long friend, hero and mentor: Sgt Mike Brewer, drill team cadre while we were in Panama.
I wish you all peace, good health, prosperity, and the spirit we once had in the zone! In my heart, I never left!
