Led the entire school bus marketing and rebranding efforts with a budget of $1M to $5M. Oversaw the launch of new bus product, plant openings and all new dealer distribution creation.

After 15 years directly in field parts sales with customers and Dealers I was promoted to Chicago Parts Operations. Most of my previous positions related directly to parts sales, product management and retail customers. Over 8 years product support in parts as engine product manager. I was certified by ASE in 1998 as a Parts Specialist for Medium/Heavy duty trucks. I was a member of the Parts operations system team, helping to develop the cross reference system and several other applications. In the field, I was the number one in Parts Sales in the nation for the 1987 year. I have held various positions within parts operations include engine product manager for 8 years. Developed the Work's Kit pre-packaged overhauls kit. Consolidate part numbers, developed New-exchange engine program and worked closely with suppliers. Launched the new HEUI engine developing service part strategy and ATR for out of production parts. Over that time I have developed advertising material, presentation material, promotional material, manage brand change, dealer support material and managed budget. I've made many valuable contacts, and I'm known in the industry.
Prior to hiring with International I was in the U.S. Army Marine Engeineer and directed a team of soldiers in the wheeled vehicle maintainence area.
