35th Class Reunion Gathering
Those who attended enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of an informal gathering. It may have drizzled a bit, but that didn't stop the fun.
It was very nice to reminisce and update each other

Today's Featured Biography
Scott Sillett
After graduating from CD East, I lived at home, attended H.A.C.C. for three years, and worked full-time at a local supermarket. This bleak existence got the best of me in 1987, and I fled Harrisburg for the University of Arizon in Tucson. I got my B.A. in Ecology in 1989.
I lived in Baton Rouge, LA, from 1989 - 1992, and received a M.S. from Louisiana State University. At LSU, I studied ornithology and worked in Costa Rica and Bolivia. I met my wife, Kris, in Baton Rouge (we got married in 1992).
Kris and I survived two years in Fayetteville, AR (more graduate school), then moved to New Hampshire. I completed a Ph.D. at Dartmouth College in 2000, where I studied birds in New England and in Jamaica.
Since 2000, we've lived in the Washington, DC area. I'm a wildlife biologist at the Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center (part of the National Zoo), and spend 2 - 3 months / year at field research sites in New Hampshire, California, and Jamaica. My work focuses on how climate change will impact migratory bird populations.
I won't be able to attend the 20th year reunion because Ted Wilson (class of 1985) is getting married the same weekend.

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
