Nina Bobbit Bannon
I married Chris Bannon May 21, 1988. We live in Port Deposit, MD. We have 2 children, Chris (22) and Corine (20). My son is in his 4th year of college to become a teacher. My daughter is a Certified Nurse Aide in Oxford, PA. My husband is a Maintenance Supervisor for Mount Aviat Academy which is the school where i work now. In 1998 I left the restaurant business, as many of you know, I was a cook at the Conowingo Diner since 7th grade haha... I worked at Dave's Family Restaurant for 2 years after leaving the Diner I didn't go far though, just across the street where Dave's was located. After leaving there I decided to stay at home with my 2 children as they continued through private school, sports and activities. This seemed to be the best for all of us and I wouldn't change that choice if I could. So now instead of being a stay at home mom...well because my kids are no longer home very much haha... I occupy myself packing lunches for the grade school children at Mount Aviat Academy. It gets me out of the house. When I am home I like to can vegetables and make homemade jams and baked goods. I enjoy gardening and spending time with my family. We own our home and 2 other houses which we rent out. So I guess I turned into an Old Land Lady :) haha! We also have a lot of pets but my baby is my Dachshund, Blossom she just turned 10. I hope to get some pictures on here soon, I look forward to seeing you all at our reunion. If I don't willingly, April will drag me there so I'll be ready!
