I hesitated to do this, but it will be better than answering people as to what I do who I haven’t seen in 40 years when I am intoxicated.
In Short
After Chaminade, I spent four fun years at Jacksonville University. Unfortunately, I spent more time surfing than studying. I was married my junior year at JU. In 1975 I paddled up stream to central Pennsylvania to spawn and to go into the family business, I was the 3rd Generation. Our offices were in NYC and factories in Pennsylvania near State College. In 1976, my father passed away at the age of 56 and I took over the business. In the early 80’s became a defense contractor and started to make uniforms for other foreign countries, UPS, Police departments and other government agencies. Flight Jackets and Camouflage apparel became fashion in the late 80’s, it became popular first in Europe and then Japan. I spent most of the 90’s in Paris and Tokyo building brand recognition. During the mid-90’s when NAFTA started I was sucked by the wind that “Ross Perot was talking about” and opened a factory in central Mexico. I am the only business owner in Mexico that does not speak Spanish except for a few choice words that KENNY LONGO can tell you I know. My second wife of 27 years “Dian” cautioned me that the day I come home speaking fluent Spanish, French or Japanese, I would be in big trouble. Since there were no pre-nup’s back when we got married, I listened to her. Just Kidding, I don’t listen to anyone, ok, just kidding about that to, she is the only person I listen to.
Fast forward to 2011
Dian and I have 3 fantastic and successful children Llnon- 37, Joelle- 35 and Solomon 30 and 7 grandchildren and Ozzy our standard poodle. We live in Jersey outside NYC. I am still making uniforms for the Federal Government and other agencies and our son Solomon, an Iraq war veteran, whom I am extremely proud of. I am still traveling back and forth to Asia and Mexico.

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
