Today's Featured Biography
Douglas Prior-Crofoot
After High school, I attended Sacred Heart University and graduated with a Business Degree. I started my career with CBS Laboratories in Stamford, and went on to work as a sales rep in advertising and print publishing. After 25 years, I decided I had enough of the corporate world and started my own landscape and property management business, which I am still running to date. I've been involved with several local projects with golf courses, large residential projects, worked with Soundwaters for a community garden project, and continue to serve on the board of the Historic Cemetery Preservation Society.
After college I lived in Branford, CT until 1985, when I married my wife, Susan, at which time I moved back to Stamford.
We have one daughter, Emily, who is a successful interior designer in California and two stepchildren, Kelly & Ryan.
I've travelled pretty extensively to several islands, across the U.S. and several European countries before and after I was married. Our most recent trip was to Hungary where my wife is from. It was a great family trip.
I'm looking forward to the reunion and seeing so many of my SCHS classmates.
