Today's Featured Biography
Karen Cordell Williams
After finishing my graduate work in French at the University of Tennessee (1975), I began my career as a teacher teaching primarily French in Tennessee (10 years), Alabama (2 years),Texas (10 years), and now Washington (10 years). I have been marrid for 30 years. My husband, Rod, and I have two daughters, Andrea who currently lives and works in Dallas and Amy who is a senior at Washington State University. Rod works for Safeco Corporation. Their home office is in Seattle which is what brought us here 10 years ago. (I still miss living in the South even after all this time.) I am still teaching French at Eastlake High School near our home here. Both our daughters recently became engaged so I plan on having a busy couple of years planning weddings. I am really looking forward to our class reunion.
