I graduated from the University of Florida in 1984 and married in July of that year. We moved to Tucson, Arizona (husband was a pilot in the US Air Force) where I attended Graduate School to become a Clinical Audiologist. Moved back to Florida in 1987 and spent 14 months in Tampa/ St. Petersburg. We then moved to Miami and stayed there until 1999.
My daughter Melissa was born in 1990 and my son Jeff in 1993. We moved to Charlottesville, Virginia in 1999. I have been working for UVA hospital for the past 12 years. My daughter is a senior in the Art School at Virginia Commonwealth University majoring in photography. My son is a senior in high school.
The mountains are beautiful and the people are great. We enjoy the outdoors and this area provides great opportunities for outside activities.
