We have a full picnic area reserved for our class next to the playground. We will be providing Chicken from Albertsons, utensils & water. Please bring something to share. From chips to your favorite dish will work. There will be BBQ's there to grill if you choose and we do have a liquor permit. Any questions please contact us. |

Today's Featured Biography
Alyson Chapin
After high school I attended Western Washington University and graduated (on time!) with a degree in Environmental Studies and Communications. I was very involved with my college radio station (KUGS-FM) and so decided to pursue a career in environmental radio journalism in public radio. I interned at KUOW in Seattle for a while, but then realized that I'm not much of a journalist. I then moved to San Francisco in 2004 to be with my boyfriend (now husband.) We lived in the mission district for a year, but the burritos and authentic-ness of the neighborhood didn't make up for it being so dirty, so we moved to Oakland and have lived in the same 'hood for 4 years now. I worked for 3 years at a small tech company in Berkeley, but then my patience for customer service was exhausted so I moved onto my current job at a 2-person nonprofit in Oakland. I get to work from home a few days a week! We have two cats, a garden, and we like to BBQ and drink wine. I go hiking in the Oakland hills at least once a week, sometimes more. I'm enjoying the beautiful bay area for just 3 more months because we're moving to Seattle this summer. I'm excited to return home! This reunion is going to be trippy!
