Today's Featured Biography
Norman Hinman
Since the last reunion, we moved from Redding, CA, to Auburn in the gold country of the Sierra foothills. I work for a city near Sacramento handling cybersecurity, systems and networking for its municipal electric utility. I am a government worker with a pension. How sweet it is. My wife also works in the power industry in California. We are a 'power'ful couple.
We have one daughter who is 23 now and heading to New York to enter a full-ride PhD program in environmental science. We are very proud of her.
Both of us get lots of time off and find time to travel and have fun. Last year we went to Italy and Kauai along with a few domestic trips to visit family, Spring training in Phoenix, etc. In years past, we have been to many magical places around the world. I hope many more will be in the cards of the future. Just looking at this class page must remind us all that life is fragile.
Overall, for me, life is very good.
I will not make the reunion. In reflecting back on my life, my time at PHS was mostly forgettable. Imagine if you will, at age 15, start of freshman year, moving from La Jolla, California living three blocks from the beach, surfing almost daily, tanned and fit, to Pullman and getting bullied by three PHS farm boys from day one. That should explain why I got off the a rather 'rocky' start at PHS.
Anyway, I hope y'all have a good time. Rest in Peace to Phil Hellesto, Mike Rost and Glenn Ingram and all of the other classmates who are no longer with us.
Ciao!

"Just discovered your product today while trying to locate classmates ahead of our 50th reunion in 2020. The fact that you did this in a noncommercial manner in a world where everything has a price tag deserves recognition and respect, in my view.
Thank you and good luck in all your endeavors."
