Maureen Breckel Phelps
I married Mel on May 3, 1975. We have two daughters, Jenelle, 31, husband Brett, and Melynda, 27. No grandchildren yet. Our oldest daughter will be receiving her doctorate in June. Mel and I continue to enjoy our hobby of antique and classic cars. Over the years our collection has grown. We are currently in the process of building our retirement home. We are both still working. Mel has been with the Wash. State Ferries for 38 years and I have been working at Manchester Elementary for 19 years. I am a paraeducator working with special needs students.
