Today's Featured Biography

Isabella Hale

Isabella is an Army Brat born in Germany. She landed in Alexandria, VA at the tender age of three where she has resided most of her life.
She attended TC Williams HS and graduated from George Mason University with her B.S. in Biology as well as part of her Graduate degree from GMU in technical and scientific writing.
Professionally, she spent most of her life in Oncology research. Early in her scientific career she had the privilege of working with the team of scientists who coined the term oncogene. In the year 2000, she worked with a dynamic team of scientists at Andrews Air Force Base beta testing the Military Prostate Database. It was a thrill and privilege to work at the home of Air Force One. She founded and co-owned Fuller Landscaping Company for eight years while she lived in Fauquier County.
Personally, she has two sons, John Kempf, a recent UVA graduate from the E School and Joseph Kempf, a brick mason and light heavy weight boxer. She has traveled extensively both in the US and Internationally.
