Barbara Zeller Epler

Born and raised in San Antonio. Met my husband in the spring of 1957 - married and moved to California. My husband was an officer of the United State Air Force then stationed in California. We married that fall and continued our residence in California following his discharge. We have two children, a son retired from the Navy and living in Los Vegas and a daughter presently living in Spokane, Washington. I have three grand children, the oldest living in Colorado Springs, the youngest is in school in Denver and my grand daughter will graduate from Texas State University this May.

My career path was influenced by my Father-in-Law who was a Real Estate Broker when I met him. I took an interest in his business and following his death I attended college and became a Real Estate Broker and opened my own business spealizing in California Retirement Property.

In January 2003 my sweetheart of 45 years passed away. Both my children were no longer living close to me so I decided it was time to sell my business and move back to my beloved Texas. I made the final move in July of 2005.

Three years ago my high school sweethear and I renewed our friendship and now enjoy traveling between Florida (his home) and Texas.

Retirement is great and I'm happy to be back in Texas.

I chose to move to New Braunfels because o may fond memories of my childhood.

I look forward to seeing all of you at our reunion this year.
