60 Year Reunion Announcement!
WHAT A FABULOUS TIME!! Thanks to all of you who came.. and a very special thanks to Tommie Holub Hinski and Lanell Hillman Waldrop!! They went above and beyond to make it the best reunion ever!! with a photo booth to immortalize each attendee and wonderful food to help expand our waistlines.
It was so good to see all the smiling faces, some who had not come to previous reunions, as well as some who have been to all the reunions. But the old friendship and sweet feelings were still there for each of us. To see how little some of our classmates have aged, and how good God has been to all of us, even in our infirmities, we are still here to enjoy each other. Our thoughts go out to those who have passed, and others who we have not located. So sorry Clint & Judy Croft did not make it because of an accident on the way, and Tommy Weir is fine after the 911 scare.. God is good..
Remember to update your profiles and keep in touch.
If you know the location of any of the MIssing, please contact them and update their profile or let one of us know, so we can find all out friends before the next gathering..
praying for safe travels for everyone, until we meet again!!

After graduating from PHS, I attended TCU for 2 years, then transferred to the University of Houston and graduated in 1961. While at the U of H, I was President of Alpha Chi Omega soriety, I was a Finalist for Miss Houstonian, and I was chosen the U of H Vaity FAir Queen and Miss Printing Week.
Aug.29, 1961, I married Randall Dorsett (class of '57). We were blessed with 2 daughters, Ava and Randa.
I have taught Physical Education at Deer Park High School, South Houston High, and Klein High School. When we moved to Mauriceville, I taught biology at Little Cypress.
I was an active member of Friendswood United Methodist Church where Randall and I donated the funds to build the Prayer Chapel and dedicated it to the memory of our daughter, Ava, who had been killed in an accident. My youngest daughter, Randa, now teaches at Cy-Fair. She is the mother of our only grandson, 6 year old, Chandler Payton.
I am now enjoying my work at Steinmart in Kingwood, and taking care of my mother. We are now active in Kingwood Methodist Church.
