Best experience: Chaperone West Coast Tour of 7th-8th grade students I taught at Spring Branch Jr. High
Hobbies: grandchildren, sports, yard
Remember most from MHS: JFK assassination, graduation, Mr. Boucher, Mrs. Maxie, Coaches Taylor & Williamson
From previous personal entry:
Living in the country is great. Kempner is just west of Copperas Cove, which is just west of Ft. Hood (Killeen). We are on the main east-west route to some of the best deer hunting in the state (Hwy 190).
JoAnn and I now have 7 grandchildren, 5 girls and 2 boys, and 3 step-granddaughters.
JoAnn retired from teaching school two years ago. However, she flunked retirement and is now teaching at our church pre-school 3 days a week. I am leaving Corporate Installations on April 17 after 20 years of putting on deacls and 20 years of driving a minimum of 600 miles a week, 50 weeks a year. But because I'm too old to have an affair and too young to retire, I have accepted a position with a company in Killeen. It will be different being home every night instead of only Friday-Sunday. I'm looking forward to the slower pace about to happen in my life.
I'm really sorry I missed the 40th reunion, especially after seeing the slide show of the people we have lost since the my last reunion I attended in 1994.
Ah, the good old days of black and white. There are 97 pictures of couples and individuals.
