I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone and hope we will have name tags with our highschool picture on it. That way we will know who we're talking to.
I have been remarried to my second husband, Lloyd, for eleven years and he is a former Grant '67 wrestler. We attended his 40th reunion this summer and had a blast.
I have two wonderful sons from my first marriage. I guess they took after me! My oldest, Ryan, is an attorney and my youngest son, Brandon, will graduate, finally, in December '07 from OU.
I also recently retired from teaching after 34 1/2 years of dedicated service. I am really loving all my free time and sleeping in late.
Looking forward to our reunion and seeing everyone.
Janie (Hurst) Ormiston. 2017
Still here and very excited about seeing everyone this May 2017 at our 50th reunion. Both of my sons are married now with my oldest getting married this last Dec. in NYC. He moved there about four years ago and married a beautiful girl who is also an attorney. She grew up in Texas so they have a lot in common. My other son also has a beautiful wife and expecting a new baby this Oct. So this will be the third little one that I will get to babysit several days a week. It really keeps me busy as a lot of you know. But I love every minute and wouldn't trade it for anything else.
Hope that all '67 Bombers are well and planning to be at our 50th this May. We never know how many more we'll be able to attend or get to see friends from some of the best memories of our past when we were so young!
