Today's Featured Biography
Fred Long
Been in Stow all my 71 years. Every job I had was in Stow. Forgive me for marrying a Falls girl, but she has kept me on track long enough that we celebrate our 50th on April 5, 2008. Retired as Chief of Police in Stow in 1985, worked for Ron Marhofer for 9 years then back to City of Stow as an auditor in the tax department for 14 years to date. Still working, need the money to buy gas. My health has been fair; still fat and don't exersize.
Have 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A grandaughter in college, a grandaughter graduating from Stow this year and a grandson managing a restaurant in Fairlawn. Like antiques, trips, and casinos, not necessarily in that order.
