After High School, I graduated from yale University in 1966. Taught and Coached at the Taft School in Watertown Ct. Matthew Wagner was born in May of 1967.
Moved to Tarrytown NY and worked in New York City and then Paterson NJ for Continental Can Comapnay.
Moved back to Portsmouth in 1969 and daughter Megan was born. Worked in Boston for Culver Advertising, and in 1971 worked at Port City Beverage, Inc. in Portsmouth. Statrted Servpro of the Seacoast in 1978 and owned and operated the Servpro Franchise system in New Hampshire until 2006.
Currently am the principal in Wagner Business Development and Consulting, LLC, a NH consulting firm.
Married to Neelie Caminati in 1966- had two children, Megan and Matthew Wagner.
!978 married Kay Watson and we merged 5 children- Megan and Matt along with Brent, Tim, and Neil into an extended family. The family has grown to 11 grand children; 5 girls and 6 boys. Children are all successful and raising theri own families.
Coached elementary basketbal, baseball, and some football for many years at Dondero School in Portsmouth. President of Portsmouth National Little League
for two years.
served on following community organizations:
Seacoast Mental Health Center- board member and President;
Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce- Board Member and President
City Council- City of Portsmouth- 8 terms
Pease Development Aiuthority- original member of the Pease Commission which set the guidelines for the redevelopment of Pease AFB to the current Pease International Tradeport. Later became a director of the Authority.
My experiences at PHS gave me a foundation for my adult life. I have been blessed to have my wife Kay and the merged family which has given us much joy and pride throughout the years. All of our kids graduated from PHS, and their memories blended with ours.
The Class of 1962 was truly a great one. I am honored to be a part of it.
