20 Year Reunion Announcement!
Shelley Spud Days
Thanks to everyone who made the reunion this last weekend a great success! It was good to catch up briefly on everyone's lives. Several people suggested gearing our 20 year reunion around Spud Day. I think that is a great idea so we are going to forge ahead in that direction. Thus, MARK YOUR CALENDARS for September 15, 2018. You can't tell me there is something on your calendar for that day so put our reunion on there and plan everything else around it! We would love to have everyone there. You likely won't be getting any reunion information until the year 2018, but we wanted everyone to have PLENTY of notice on the date. If you'd be willing to help out on the committee please email Amy Searle Chandler at firstname.lastname@example.orgOne last thing...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep your information current on this website so we will know how to contact you for the 20 year! Enjoy the rest of your summer!
After high school I went to Ricks College and studied journalism. I got to write and edit for the Scroll, the campus newspaper, which was fun but highly stressful. I met my husband, Seth, at Ricks, but we were friends for a few years before getting married. After graduating from Ricks, I went to BYU and studied English literature. I earned my bachelorís degree there and had a few jobs editing and writing grants.
Seth and I got married in 2003 and lived in Logan for about a year. He had just graduated from Utah State in graphic design. We later moved to Salt Lake City where he worked for a few advertising agencies and I worked for a real estate marketing company. We had our baby boy, Isaiah, in 2006 and then bought a house and moved to Layton. I am so blessed to be a stay-at-home mom and I absolutely love it. Isaiah is so much fun. He is almost two and full of energy and he just started talking a ton. Seth recently got a graphic design job for a company in downtown Salt Lake and keeps busy with that. Life is good!
