Today's Featured Biography
Jo Neely Gomez
After graduating in 1969 I worked many years, some of the places I worked were the US Air Force as a civilian Norton AFB, City of San Bernardino, San Bernardino Police Department, US Forest Service In Rimforest, San Bernardino National Forest, TRW Security, and Beaumont Unified School District. I married in November 1983 Art Gomez who was a 1968 graduate of San Bernardino High School and November 26th last year (2020) we celebrated 36 years of marriage. I became an artist in 1998 while living in Cherry Valley, CA taking instruction from a wonderful artist, Mrs. Alice Goodman in Beaumont, California. I love painting and have websites online including my personal art page, an art page on Facebook, art blog, twitter, and Instagram pages where you can view my art. My husband and I moved from Cherry Valley to Rio Rancho, New Mexico (about 30 miles north of Albuquerque) in May of 2006 living in our 32 foot fifth wheel until our home was built and we moved into our home in October of 2006. We love living in New Mexico with it’s rich history, culture and diversity as well as the life we’ve built here. Our life is busy, healthy and full. I look forward to seeing many old friends at our combined reunion in April this year.
