20 Year Reunion Announcement!

I spoke to the Stratosphere on 7-13-09 to be sure that the July 10, 2010 date was still open, and luckily it is. Now if you noticed the date we are just under 1 year away from the 20 year reunion.
Let’s start off by saying this; we need a $500.00 deposit to hold the banquet rooms. Also I have asked for 40 rooms to be held for alumni at $70.00 per night Friday and Saturday nights. You will have to make those reservations on your own; the room rate is not included in the price of the reunion. The tickets for the Reunion are $150.00 per couple, $75.00 per single and they are non-refundable. If you would like to pay in payments we can work with you, but understand that it is all non-refundable. If you decide not to come once monies have been paid, you will not receive a refund. This is non-negotiable.
I would like to get some kind of a confirmed list of who is coming. This is so we can know about how much food to order, and space we will need. I would also like to, if possible, start getting the deposit covered. Basically we need 4 couples to say, “Yes, we are going,” and pass on the monies for the reunion and the deposit is done.
I will have the contract at my disposal in the next couple of days. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have.
Now for the fun part……
Does anyone have any ideas for a title for the Reunion? If you have any ideas please e-mail me them. Does anyone want to meet up for an informal Meet and Greet Friday night? Maybe hang out by the pool. It’s a great icebreaker, and gets some of the reunion nervousness or awkwardness out of the way when you have a chance to catch up some before the big event.

Hi guys. It's nice to connect to everyone here. A lot has happened since high school: military, marriage, college, children, lots of relocations, and now gray hairs.
I'll come back soon (I hope) and update this with more specific info of the past 19 years.
