30 Year Reunion Announcement!

Details are a little sketchy, but details will be communicated to everyone every step of the way. Tina and I want to make sure that this is, by far, the BEST reunion we've had! We figure that the earlier we start planning, the better the event will be, and the less excuses we will hear that "there wasn't enough planning involved", or "I never heard about it." We want to afford EVERYONE the opportunity to clear off their calendars, make their reservations and get their happy butts to Flagstaff for what we promise to be an unforgettable weekend.
Here is a "sketchy" outline of what we are looking at. NOTE: Any ideas, suggestions are greatly welcomed.
FRIDAY, JULY 2, 2010 - Friday night mixer, 6:00 pm till whenever. Location TBD (more than likely at a venue downtown)
SATURDAY, JULY 3, 2010 (DAY) - Golf, horse races (Fort Tuthill offers races during the 4th of July weekend, spa day at Flagstaff Face and Body - so the ladies can revitalize their bodies after "indulging" too much on at the mixer on Friday night, there will be plenty of activities going on..or you can catch up on your R&R in your hotel or whereever you may be staying. Details of activities will be posted.
SATURDAY, JULY 3, 2010 (NIGHT) - Dinner/Dancing/and a whole lot of reliving old memories and creating a bunch of new ones! Location again is TBD (however, a deciding factor will be determined on how many requests we get for a formal vs. informal type of deal.)
SUNDAY, JULY 4, 2010 - Wrap up???? TBD
A link will be sent as we approach this event of hotels, etc. We will be blocking rooms at certain venues. AGAIN, remember that this is the weekend of July 4th, so the sooner your make your room reservations the better off you will be!
