As our oldest daughter began her Junior year this morning, I sat back and pondered over our life. It seems like only yesterday, that was me. After Jack's twelve years in the Marine Corps, we moved to Cabot. He managed the IT Department at St Vincent's Hospital in Little Rock for several years. When he accepted a position with another company last summer, we had an opportunity to move to Batesville, where my parents have lived for about 15 years. This was very exciting to us, since we had not lived in the same community with them, since we married and went to our first duty station. It's nice and quite here. Our girls love the schools. Kayley drives, plays tennis, sings like a bird, and works part time. Peyton is a gymnastic, belongs to a swim team, & is trying the french horn this year. I feel very blessed to have been given this life. I hope everyone else is just as happy as me!
