David Murphy

Started dating my wife Marissa in January of 2006. It was a nice way to start the new year. We were married in April of 2007 in Mesa, Arizona. December of 2006 we started Murphy's Cafe and Catering in Anchorage. It's in the Frontier Building in Midtown Anchorage. It's her little baby. I helped with getting it started and the remodle and the menu, but she's the boss. I was let go as the register boy a few months after we were up and running and that is when I started my Financial Services Business with New York Life. We would like to have kids sometime. Sooner than later. So far our cactus named Henry isn't dead, and our dog Lucy is still alive so we're almost ready.

I don't know if Alaska is where we see ourselves long term, but you never know when you make plans that are too far out. I wouldn't mind living in Arizona. It's like our second home. I think that if I could pull it off, I would be a snow bird and split time between the two locations. We'll see what happens. Sounds like you are all doing well and we wish you continued success in your work and with your families. Wish I could have made it to the reunion but work wouldn't allow it. We'll be sure to catch the next one. What is that, the 20 year reunion... dang, we're all getting old.
