30 Year Reunion Announcement!
Friday night, July 20.....scavenger hunt around Anchorage. Plans are still being made, but we are planning on renting party buses so no one is driving and we can all hang out together. That will be the main cost that night.
Saturday, July 21 will be a day of choices. Karl Mittlestadt will be running stand up paddle board lessons at Taku Lake. You will need to go to his website to reserve and pay. It will be $30 for the day. He is adding the dates and will have Sunday as an option if Saturday's weather is not ideal. Go check it out at alaskapaddleboard.com.
Other Saturday daytime options could be hiking flat top, coastal trail.....anyone have other ideas and want to coordinate?
Saturday night: Williwaw in Downtown Anchorage. We have rented the loft on the second floor from 7-10. The loft will be private during that time, but we have access to the rooftop deck, the Speakeasy and downstairs. The cost for this event is $15/person. This will cover an assortment of appetizers, buffet style or served throughout the evening, as well as a full-service bar that will be dedicated to our group from 7-10pm. Drinks are not included but the $15 pays for the food and servers.
Get your tickets Lower 48ers! Locals....you have no excuse. Let's celebrate!
Thanks for an awesome weekend of memories and catching up. Thanks also to our MC, Chris Angell, our photographer, Eric Teela and our amazing reunion planning team, Christine, Amy, Kelly, Linda and Stephanie.

Jami and I married in 1991 and have been in Eagle River since 1992. My son and 2 girls keep us active. Kenz goes to Chugiak HS and he is into soccer and running. Rach is into riding 4 wheelers and plays the piano while doing home school so she has a crazy schedule, and Meg is into soccer and being a "little girl".
Jami is a flight attendant with Alaska Airlines which allows us to travel a lot and I work for the fire department in Anchorage on Engine 12 at Dimond and New Seward.
Our family lived in Australia in 2005, I exchanged jobs and homes with a firefighter from there, that was a great time.
We like to get out in the summer with my brother and his kids camping and rafting. In the winter we just try to go somewhere warm. Life has been pretty good the last few years, got a healthy family and no complaints. Cheers to all.
