Just wanted to pass on a heartfelt Thank-you to all those who attended the reunion. It was a huge success on so many levels. Had lots of laughs sharing old memories but even more fun making new ones. To all those who didn't make it, we missed you!!

One year at Mount A (roomed with Don "Gonzo" McLaughlin) followed by four years at UNB (sharing an apartment with Kevin LeBlanc and Cam Murphy ('81)) and a BPE degree. It was while back visiting at Mt. A that I met my wife-to-be, Paula McNabb of Glace Bay NS.
From UNB to the '87 Canada Winter Games organizing committee to Ottawa from March '87 to Jan. 2002. While in Ottawa Paula and I got married ('89), I worked for Canada Games for 20+ years, mostly as Director of Sport, and our first son Graeme was born in May '99.
We moved back to Cape Breton in January 2002, and I continued to work for Canada Games, but from a home office.
Our second son, Max, was born in May 2002.
I probably have the youngest kids of our class. Anyone have one younger than 6? How many grandparents from the Class of '80?
In January 2008, I finally left the Games to take on the role of CEO of the YMCA of Cape Breton - something I truly enjoy.
Paula is a high school special education teacher and a dedicated member of the Y. As a Caper, she'd would fit right in with the ACLP.
I'm still a huge football fan. For fitness, I bicycle pretty much year-round and I'm heavily involved with a local bicycle club.
